Bees — relocated, not exterminated
"I contacted Werner at House Care Pest Control as I noticed a huge swarm of bees making a home on my chimney in Surrey Downs. He answered the phone first try and was at my house within the hour. Werner was able to successfully place a bee box at the top of my chimney before any honeycomb had been made, and a few hours later at 8pm he was back to successfully take away the bee box that was FULL of bees! No further work required because he was so fast responding after my 1st call. Could not be happier with the service, and no need to exterminate 😀"

"Werner assisted with removing and relocating a bee hive in Wynn Vale. The bees were making themselves at home underneath an outdoor spa, working their way in through a crack in the wooden casing. He was very approachable, knowledgeable, polite and happy to answer any questions. Bird mites
"We had issues with bird mites after some birds recently left a nest that had been built in the corner of our roof gutter. One of the main reasons we chose Werner was his proactive, environmentally friendly approach, his care for wildlife, and the fact that his treatments are safe for pets and children... He came out to provide a free quote and was able to give us pricing on the spot. He also recommended bird proofing the other corners of the roof and identified a building defect that could have exposed us to more bird nests in the future... The bird mites completely disappeared."
